FAQs
- DTG stands for Direct To Garment. A DTG printer works a lot like your printer at home. Ink is mixed within the printer, and printed directly onto the canvas of the t-shirt and it sits in the fabric rather than on it, so the print quality is really high and colours are really vibrant. Digital printing allows unlimited colours, gradients and fine details, so your custom workwear design options are endless.
- Our minimum order is 6 garments, making us ideal for small businesses, clubs, schools and charities. For smaller runs we use digital printing which is perfect for team kits, events, samples and branded workwear. For orders with 100 or more products with the same design, we use screen printing which is better for higher volume orders as it's more economical.
- Our Direct To Garment printing is compatible with the following artwork files: PNG, JPEG and SVG. The best one to use are 200dpi, transparent PNG files which use standard RGB colour codes. If the design has a lot of block colours, vectorised files like SVGs are best.
- Yes. Businesses, schools and charities can open a Net-workwear trade account for wholesale pricing, repeat uniform orders and payment by invoice. Your account manager keeps your artwork and sizing on file so reorders take minutes.
- The minimum order is 6 garments. This applies across our range of t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, caps and other printable workwear, so you can mix sizes and colours within the same order.
